Grow, heal and transform from your core
“ The privilege of a lifetime is to become who you truly are” Carl Jung
psycho - (ψυχή): soul, psyche, mind. - therapy (θεραπεία): healing, curing, attending
I am an independent practitioner and provide a confidential service in non judgemental, neutral and safe space where you can talk.
People look for therapy for a number of reasons including anxiety, trauma, [C]PTSD, depression, loss, work related stress, existential questioning, relationship difficulties - but also to gain a greater understanding of the ‘self’ and improve psychological well-being.
Rather than analysing, directing or advising you, I work with you, a holistic entity, walking alongside you in your discovery for answers, healing and growth.
